Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 Working days ( Strictly ). Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Overall it takes 7-8 Working days to process, dispatch and deliver the product safely.

Note : Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Case basics provides Standard Shipping charge Rs.50 only in India (16 standard states). (4-7 Business Days)
Case basics also provides Free Shipping charge only in India (16 standard states) for total order value more than Rs.500 (4-8 Business Days)

Note: Delivery time and Delivery Charges may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Some Exceptions

We will ship some products based on color availabilities and same will be sent to customers without any prior information ex. Smoke case, Soft silicone case, Hair Accessories etc.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Case basics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Case basics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But still we can do something for our basics clients. If you received your order damaged, please take a image of damaged product and forward us via mail. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before mail us.

Delivered Issues

Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via mail with in 2 days from order delivered date. We can’t escalate order delivered issue after 2 days from order delivered date.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the India.
