Case basics offers a 7 day Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 Days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.
All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you without any damages.

Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, You feel any problem with the product, for any XYZ reason the product is received in unusable condition, You can ask for a replacement for the product and our team will help you out in the best ways possible.

You will be required to send us a parcel opening video must for Return or Exchange on E-mail: casebasics243@gmail.com, explaining the issue on why the product delivered is received in unusable condition, and our team will 100% make sure to rectify the issue at earliest possible.

Replacement Terms & Conditions :

A replacement will only be provided, in case you have received the product in an unusable condition.

Important Notice 1: Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference of colors will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference of different monitor/screen colors 🙂

Important Notice 2: Please read the description carefully about the product material before you place the Order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product descriptions of each product. Replacements will not be provided in case you ordered the wrong material.

Important Notice 3: Please look at the reference photos on the product page to see how to product looks from top, bottom, and sides, in the banner images. There won’t be any replacements in case you did not see side images and had different expectations. Rest be assured, the products are carefully designed to be protective from all 4 sides, the raised lip on top and bottom, protects the phone from any unusual fall there might happen.

Important Notice 4: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notice 5: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To file an Replacement Request, follow the following 3 easy steps

1) Go to “OrderHistory” page
2) Open the Order for which you want to place the Replacement Request
3) Click on “Replacement” button in front of product that you want to Replace.

* We accept replacement request within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

How will I get my Replacement?

Replacements are subject to approval from the quality assurance team. The video provided by you on Email would be carefully examined and replacements will be provided only if your request/issue/problem is genuine.
Once the Replacement request is approved, We will dispatch a Brand New Replacement Product within 24 hours of approval. 🙂
