We can replace same products if there is any issue but we cannot refund under any circumstances.
We will refund the amount only when Casebasics is not able to process or fulfill your order.
Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific needs we cannot refund.
Note: Processing fees cannot be refunded, for example shipping charges, payment gateway charges, order processing charges, etc.
We cannot take return or exchange or refund for wrong mobile model selected by customer.
We cannot refund shipping charges, payment gateway charges, website processing fees under any circumstances.
